It is not intended for anyone under 18, and no part of it should be shown, read or shared with a minor. Eligibility requirements for these products vary by jurisdiction and by firm, and it is the reader's responsibility to establish that using any service is lawful where they are.
Risk warning
Spread and index betting carries a real risk of losing money, and the loss is not limited to the money put up. A position is valued in money per point of movement, so a large move against it — or a single event that moves the index many points at once — can cost several times the deposit that was required to open it, and a position can be closed by the firm before it settles, at a price the reader does not choose. Every market is quoted two ways, so a position starts behind by the width of the spread, and long-dated markets also carry a financing charge for as long as they are held. The expected result of trading against a two-way price over time is a loss, and no pattern of staking, sizing or timing changes that arithmetic. Never commit money you cannot afford to lose, never borrow in order to hold a position, never add to a losing position to recover it, and never treat a margin requirement as a limit on what a position can cost. If any of that is unclear, the product is not suitable.
What this site is not
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here describes your own account terms or any firm's published market rules. Spreads, index weights, margin multiples, financing rates, suspension rules and settlement deadlines are set by each firm and change; the document that applies to a position is the one held by the firm carrying it. Where a page describes a mechanism, it describes the general structure, not the outcome of any individual position, and no page quotes a live price.
Accuracy, corrections and privacy
Pages are rewritten in place when a mechanism changes or an explanation turns out to be wrong rather than being quietly deleted, and the network keeps a per-site verification record. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts and carries no runtime JavaScript; the only script on a page is structured data, which is not executed.
